1. Overview & Engagement

By engaging MaryamCode for website design, Shopify development, or WordPress development services, you agree to these working terms. Every project includes an agreed project scope, timeline, and written deliverables before work commences.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

We work closely with clients through clear milestones: planning, design review, development, and launch preparation. Scope adjustments or additional features outside the agreed brief will be quoted and scheduled separately.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, full ownership of custom code, theme modifications, and website assets created specifically for your business transfers directly to you.

4. Hosting & Third-Party Platforms

Clients maintain ownership and billing accounts for their hosting providers, domain registrars, Shopify accounts, and third-party SaaS services. We assist with setup, deployment, and configuration.
